This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage qualified inbound revenue from start to finish
• Guide the discovery process, strategy development, proposal alignment, and closing
• Sustain deal momentum from the initial discussion to the final agreement
• Design programs by translating brand objectives into influencer program recommendations
• Utilize extensive knowledge from previous campaigns for insightful and thoughtful follow-ups
• Previous experience in an influencer marketing agency or on the brand side
• Background in account management or strategy
• Experience with retail-focused programs is a plus
• Proven ability to convert senior buyers
• Strong consultative and curiosity-driven discovery skills
• Excellent deal qualification and control abilities
• Confidence in closing deals without relying on a script
• Exceptional communication skills at the executive level
• Expertise in influencer program strategy and design
• Understanding of creator tiering and platform nuances
• Experience in retail-specific activation
• Knowledge of measurement trade-offs and benchmarks
