This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to both existing and potential customers interested in WOW! products and services.
• Assess customer needs and suggest the most suitable products, services, features, and bundled solutions.
• Meet sales targets related to customer interactions, conversion rates, bundle sales, and Whole-Home Wi-Fi adoption.
• Manage and track sales leads while performing outbound follow-up activities to create new business opportunities.
• Process customer orders accurately while complying with installation, security, disclosure, and company regulations.
• Adhere to established sales call protocols to enhance customer satisfaction and improve sales outcomes.
• Stay updated on current products, packages, promotions, and company policies.
• Convey customer feedback and competitive insights to leadership.
• Engage in coaching sessions, team meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to articulate products, services, and solutions clearly and professionally over the phone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Comfortable with learning multiple systems and navigating technology in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and understand reports, sales metrics, product details, and training materials.
• Over 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with billing systems such as ICOMS (preferred).
• Background in call center or telecommunications (preferred).
