This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research on organizations that align well with Instrumentl's mission.
• Make over 400 calls each week to connect with prospects and schedule demos with the team.
• Maintain and record account and decision-maker information in our CRM to facilitate closing deals.
• Understand how our value proposition relates to various organizations to engage in meaningful conversations over the phone.
• Allocate 10% of your time to collaborate with other departments and work on innovative experiments that could serve as force multipliers.
• Recent graduate or early career professional.
• Ability to excel in a remote sales environment.
• Interest in sales, startups, or roles that involve customer interaction.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new individuals and fostering relationships.
• Open to receiving feedback, promoting new ideas, and inspiring others to do the same.
• Naturally curious and eager to uncover underlying details.
• Willing to engage in hands-on work and tackle challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
