This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Exhibit enthusiasm for creating exceptional travel experiences for affluent clients.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries from customers, assess their requirements, and provide travel recommendations.
• Conduct follow-up outbound calls, address objections, and secure sales.
• Offer tailored suggestions based on guests' preferences and interests.
• Cultivate enduring relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
• Clarify cruise itineraries, onboard amenities, and pricing information.
• Keep precise records of interactions and follow up with potential leads.

• Proven experience in a telephone sales role or a comparable sales position.
• Over 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales capacity.
• Track record of meeting and surpassing monetary sales KPI targets.
• Strong background in conducting sales over the phone.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to establish and sustain relationships with high-end clients.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Discipline to operate within a structured environment with adherence to schedule standards.
• Prior sales experience with the ability to close deals on the first call.
• Competence in basic computer applications and equipment (MS Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Highly competitive compensation structure.
• Average annual earning potential of $90,000 (base hourly pay + commission).
• Historical average commission of $53,000 annually (dependent on overall department performance and commission plan terms).
