This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Show enthusiasm for crafting exceptional travel experiences for affluent guests.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries from clients, assess their requirements, and provide travel suggestions.
• Conduct follow-up outbound calls, address objections, and finalize the sale.
• Offer tailored recommendations based on the preferences and interests of guests.
• Foster enduring relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
• Clarify cruise itineraries, onboard features, and pricing information.
• Keep precise records of interactions and follow up with potential leads.

• Proven experience in telephone sales or a comparable sales role.
• Over 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a related sales position.
• Track record of achieving and surpassing monetary sales KPI targets.
• Strong background in making sales via phone communication.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to establish and maintain relationships with high-end clientele.
• Flexibility in availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Discipline to thrive in a structured work environment adhering to schedule standards.
• Previous sales experience with the ability to close sales on the initial call.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and equipment (MS Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Highly competitive compensation structure.
• Average earning potential of $90,000 annually (hourly base plus commission).
• Historical annual average commission of $53,000 (based on overall department performance and the applicable commission plan).
