This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for crafting exceptional travel experiences for affluent clients.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries from clients, assess their needs, and provide travel suggestions.
• Conduct follow-up outbound calls, address concerns, and finalize sales.
• Offer tailored recommendations based on the preferences and interests of guests.

• Clarify cruise itineraries, onboard facilities, and pricing information.
• Keep precise records of interactions and follow up with potential leads.

• Proven experience as a telephone salesperson or in a comparable sales position.
• Over 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales capacity.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing monetary sales KPI targets.
• Extensive experience in making sales calls.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to establish and maintain relationships with high-end clientele.
• Flexibility in availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-discipline to function in a structured environment with adherence to scheduling standards.
• Prior sales experience with the ability to close deals on the initial call.
• Competence with basic computer applications and equipment (MS Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Highly competitive compensation structure.
• Average earning potential of $90,000 annually (base hourly pay plus commission).
• Historical annual average commission of $53,000 (based on overall departmental performance and the specifics of the applicable commission plan).
