
Inbound Operations Specialist – Temporary Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Oversee and manage high-traffic shared inboxes, effectively triaging and prioritizing incoming inquiries with accuracy.
• Process requests for license key updates and migrations for SonarQube Server clients.
• Address billing and payment inquiries for Online SonarQube Cloud clients, including issues related to payment failures, refunds, and cancellations.
• Assist internal teams with requests for license keys.
• Collaborate with Sales and Renewals teams to capture, verify, and monitor purchase orders to ensure proper processing.
• Gather and distribute customer vendor/procurement forms, ensuring Deal Desk and Finance have complete and accurate information to facilitate deal progression.
• Partner with Sales Operations to guarantee that inbound leads are accurately captured, enriched, and directed into the CRM.
• Identify and prioritize commercial inquiries from customers and partners, directing them to the appropriate sales team members.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams on communications for special projects, including marketing efforts, product announcements, and system updates.
• Proactively highlight recurrent issues, edge cases, and process deficiencies to the relevant teams to enhance tools, routing rules, and the overall customer experience.
• Utilize the CRM and internal resources to match customer records, review case histories, and take the necessary actions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in customer operations or customer service/support.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational abilities with a capacity to manage a high volume of concurrent tasks.
• Comfortable working in shared inbox environments (Gmail or similar).
• Capability to assess and route inquiries with a high degree of accuracy under time constraints.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Preferably familiar with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM.
• High level of comfort working cross-functionally with all departments.
