This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver accurate information and solutions to address customers' questions, concerns, and issues.
• Support customers with product inquiries, account management, order processing, and troubleshooting.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and escalations with empathy and effectiveness.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve or surpass established performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, ideally within a call center or BPO setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
