Inbound Contact Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers within the exciting energy sector.

• You seamlessly switch between inbound calls, online chat/email, and administrative tasks.

• You ensure that every customer is satisfied and well-informed!

• Inbound Campaigns: You respond to inquiries stemming from marketing actions.

• You compare energy rates, assist with contract signings, and address general market questions.

• Moving Service: You assist customers who are relocating!

• You calculate the best rates for their new address, update customer information, and ensure a smooth transition of the contract.

• If data is repeatedly incomplete, you proactively call the customer (outbound).

• Online Chat & Email: You advise potential new customers online, assist them with price calculations, and convince them to choose us.

• Administration & Follow-up: You accurately process contracts in the system and follow up with customers who have not fully completed their online contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• You speak and write perfect Dutch OR French at a native level (without a strong accent, as you are the company's ambassador!).

• You understand and read English at a communicative level (for internal email correspondence).

• You hold at least a secondary education diploma.

• You are computer-savvy (you work with one streamlined system).

• You are an active listener who recognizes sales opportunities, work in an organized and precise manner, and are empathetic, proactive, and highly motivated!

• Experience in a contact center is a nice plus, but not a strict requirement!
