
Inbound Contact Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
β’ You ensure that every customer is satisfied and well-informed!
β’ In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in the exciting energy sector.
β’ You seamlessly switch between inbound calls, online chat/email, and administrative tasks.
β’ You respond to inquiries stemming from marketing campaigns.
β’ You compare energy rates, assist with contract signings, and answer general market questions.
β’ You help customers who are moving!
β’ You calculate the best rates for their new address, update customer information, and ensure a smooth transition of the contract.
β’ You advise potential new customers online, assist them with price calculations, and persuade them to choose us.
β’ You accurately process contracts in the system and follow up with customers who have not fully completed their online contracts.
β’ You speak and write perfect Dutch or Flemish at a native level (without a strong accent, as you are the face of the company!).
β’ You understand and read English at a communicative level (for internal email correspondence).
β’ You have at least a secondary education diploma.
β’ You are computer savvy (you work with one clear system).
β’ You are an active listener who recognizes sales opportunities; you work in an organized and precise manner, are empathetic, proactive, and highly motivated!
β’ Experience in a contact center is a great plus, but not a strict requirement!
