This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Manage incoming sales calls from both potential and current customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Actively listen to customer requirements, address objections assertively, and propose high-quality products while upselling.
• Achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales conversion rates and quality assurance objectives.
• Accurately input customer information and order specifics into our system during the call.
• Experience in a call center or sales environment is advantageous.
• Tech-Savvy: You are adept at navigating various software programs and can manage basic troubleshooting.
• Flexibility: You are available to work evening, weekend, or overnight shifts as specified.
• Communication Skills: You possess a clear and friendly phone presence and can quickly establish rapport with a diverse customer base.
• The Sales Mindset: You are goal-oriented, resilient, and driven by financial rewards.
• Shift Differential: Receive an additional $1.00 per hour for any hours worked between 4:30 PM ET and 3:00 AM ET.
• $200 Sign-On Bonus: Earn an extra $200 upon successfully completing training!
