This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Act as a positive and professional representative for Wyndham Destinations.
• Collaborate with resort staff to obtain arrival sheets for guests checking in.
• Welcome, present, and encourage potential customers to participate in a sales-preview tour.
• Evaluate and qualify prospective customers in accordance with company guidelines.
• Schedule sales-tour reservations and gather necessary deposits.
• Participate in all designated training sessions and department meetings, while staying updated on marketing information, materials, and industry trends.
• Prior experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Must adhere to production standards.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment within a shared workspace.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred, but not required.
