This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

• Conduct health evaluations in the comfort of patients' homes, fostering meaningful interactions.

• Facilitate virtual consultations when necessary.

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Hold board certification (mandatory).

• Multi-state licenses are preferred.
