Import Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Analyzing and integrating customer data for the transportation of goods across international borders.

• Prepares necessary customs documentation (bonds, bills, classification/release, and reports).

• Creates documentation for the release of import consolidations from shipping carriers.

• Manages sensitive information and oversees turnover documentation.

• Engages in cross-training for additional responsibilities.

• Undertakes other tasks as directed by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Recent experience in Customs Brokerage.

• Prior experience with data entry.

• Certified Customs Brokerage Certification is preferred.

• Previous experience with EDI is preferred.

• Experience with PGA is preferred.
