This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Process and integrate customer data effectively

• Address and resolve customer issues and concerns

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers

• Maintain ongoing communication with carriers and vendors

• Ensure adherence to regulations set by U.S. Government agencies

• Accurately manage accounting processes within designated timelines
