This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of complete implementation projects, ensuring delivery within set timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on status, managing expectations, and proactively addressing risks and issues.
• Conduct discovery sessions to comprehend client workflows and success criteria; convert these needs into a structured implementation strategy.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to configure and validate ECFX Notice in accordance with client specifications.
• Organize and deliver client onboarding and training sessions to promote adoption and self-sufficiency.
• Keep precise project documentation (requirements, decisions, plans, and status) to guarantee alignment and continuity.
• Identify and suggest pertinent add-on products in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
• Foster continuous improvement by pinpointing process gaps, standardizing best practices, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Relay implementation progress internally and escalate risks proactively to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline (advanced degree is a plus).
• Over 5 years of project management experience, preferably with SaaS implementations (legal tech experience is a bonus).
• Familiarity with the legal technology landscape; knowledge of docketing and document management systems (DMS) is preferred.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with the capability to build trust among both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Skill in translating complex needs into clear plans, milestones, and actionable steps.
• Highly organized and detail-focused, with strong documentation practices.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments; a proactive problem-solver with sound judgment.
• A customer-first attitude and a history of delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Experience with implementation/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet), documentation tools (e.g., Confluence), and CRM platforms (Hubspot) is preferred.
