• Lead project planning and execution for client integrations, serving both internal and external stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Represent Rising in client discussions related to new business opportunities and modifications.
• Apply statistical methodologies and quantitative analysis to establish baseline metrics, uncover root causes, and minimize or eliminate failures both internally and externally.
• Actively seek out opportunities for process enhancements.
• Offer advice to clients and internal team members on the adoption of best practices and workflows that benefit both parties.
• Exhibit the capability to quantify outcomes in terms of cost savings and effects on key performance indicators.
• Develop use cases, process flows, and training resources for projects and client integrations.
• Assist in the development of test plans and training documents relevant to the project.
• Work collaboratively with resources to ensure that system design requirements accurately represent defined business processes and comprehensively support all elements of functional business needs.
• Supervise the Implementation Team while collaborating closely with senior leadership and other department heads.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or management discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management.
• Project Management Certification is required.
• Familiarity with workers’ compensation insurance, medical billing review, or the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
• Experience in implementing client-server and web-based applications.
• Proven ability to engage with business users to establish clear project scopes and effectively manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing large-scale custom software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process reengineering and requirements analysis.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling tools.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and facilitate collaborative meetings with representatives from internal departments and client organizations.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make swift decisions.
• Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
