This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish essential relationships within systems to uphold the training infrastructure and inspire providers.
• Supervise the selection and onboarding process for provider agencies involved in PCIT training.
• Create and uphold implementation plans, encompassing selection, readiness, capacity-building, and strategies to address implementation challenges.
• Ensure adherence to all state regulations and project protocols.
• Provide necessary documentation and data for mandated reporting.
• Assist PCIT International in monitoring training activities and ensuring fidelity.
• Enable accessibility to training (both online and in-person), consultation, and certification preparation.
• Aid in the development of databases and reporting as required.
• Collaborate with PCIT International to oversee project timelines and deliverables.
• Engage in project management meetings.
• Partner with project team members, including the Executive Director, Project Director, Project Evaluator, and Expert Training Team.
• A Master’s degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with PCIT is essential.
• Preference for candidates located in California.
• Experience with the implementation of evidence-based practices is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
