This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee multiple implementation projects concurrently, guaranteeing timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
• Foster accountability among internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are met.
• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans, timelines, status updates, and documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings to promote effective communication, alignment, and follow-up on action items.
• Lead sessions for business process review and requirements gathering to accurately define client needs and implementation objectives.
• Configure applications to meet customer specifications and operational workflows.
• Customize and configure enterprise-grade software to fit each customer's distinct requirements.
• Organize and assist with testing activities, including internal validation and client-led user acceptance testing.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and obstacles while formulating mitigation strategies to reduce project impact.
• Record project progress, client interactions, decisions, and implementation history throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Provide training for end users, contracted accounts, and vendor representatives as necessary.
• Carry out front-line customer support tasks, including ticket resolution for live accounts as required.
• Work with leadership to escalate and resolve issues when needed, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, implementation methodologies, and operational best practices.
• Stay informed about trends and developments in the staffing industry related to VMS solutions and MSP operations.
• Collaborate directly with internal and external stakeholders to promote product innovation, assist with sales activities, and achieve other company goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will also be taken into account.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in deploying Vendor Management Platforms, agency operations, and/or Payroll/Workforce management systems.
• Proven experience in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and project profitability.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and/or experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including the ability to read and write T-SQL queries is advantageous.
