This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Independently manage the planning, monitoring, and execution of multiple complex customer-oriented projects.
• Oversee the complete delivery process of Rad AI’s offerings to radiology practices and health systems, from project initiation to go-live and support transition.
• Conduct Discovery sessions to gather insights on client workflows, requirements, and success metrics.
• Create comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Integration, to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation phase.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by managing project schedules, dependencies, and communications with executive, clinical, and IT stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage feature requests, ensuring effective communication, documentation, and prioritization.
• Keep track of project health, proactively identify risks, and escalate any blockers as necessary.
• Implement issue resolution and mitigation strategies based on data-informed decision-making.
• Hold weekly status meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Rad AI’s product, engineering, and customer success teams for project goal alignment, data integration, testing, and product feedback.
• Provide continuous updates to leadership throughout the project lifecycle, utilizing dashboards and reports.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including Support and Client Success, to ensure customers are adequately prepared for go-live and long-term success.
• Recommend process enhancements and assist in maintaining onboarding templates, documentation, and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of a world-class implementation organization dedicated to exceeding customer expectations with attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable service.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management, implementation management, technical project management, or similar client-facing roles, ideally within a healthcare or healthcare IT setting.
• Strong skills in project planning and execution, including timeline, scope, and risk management.
• Prior knowledge or experience with radiology workflows and/or radiology-specific healthcare IT.
• Previous professional consulting or healthcare software implementation experience.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and EHRs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to hold others accountable.
• Practical experience with SaaS solutions, implementations, and technical concepts.
• A strong desire to continuously learn, adapt, improve, and assist others in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships across all functions and areas of the organization to collaboratively address challenges and celebrate successes.
