This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Evaluate solution designs provided by the sales team to ensure their feasibility and mitigate implementation risks.
• Formulate and implement project plans to guarantee that all phases of myQ Enterprise projects are completed within the designated timeline and budget.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and address issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Oversee all facets of an implementation project from inception to completion, including planning, organizing, managing workflow, and communicating progress to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with dealers, contractors, customers, and both external and internal stakeholders to facilitate the seamless implementation of software and hardware solutions.
• Identify key KPIs and gather data to ensure these metrics are achieved or that action plans are in place to assist customers in meeting their goals.
• Supervise the implementation of myQ Enterprise and the onboarding process to ensure long-term success and scalability.
• Ensure that all testing scenarios are documented and have successfully passed testing prior to the solution going live.
• Confirm that all project documentation is accurate and complete, aiding the transition to Customer Success.
• Provide training on the new software or system to users affected by the implementation.
• Perform post-implementation audits to verify that all changes have been successfully executed and that the new product is being utilized effectively.
• Mentor and coach new team members to enhance their productivity swiftly and reinforce the values and behaviors of CG.
• Utilize all available tools and processes, maintaining internal systems to accurately reflect project statuses, progress, issues, and deadlines.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure compliance within the team.
• Safeguard the reputation of Chamberlain Group by maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading industry publications, networking, and engaging in professional organizations.
• Contribute to team success by achieving related outcomes and participating in projects as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Over 7 years of experience in a customer-facing and/or project management role.
• Proficiency in contract negotiations.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with software applications.
• High sense of urgency.
• Strong commitment to Customer Advocacy.
• Demonstrated success in project implementations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to identify and articulate trends and insights across the customer base.
• Act as a change agent, driving new processes and refining existing ones.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% both domestically and internationally; must possess a valid driver's license.
