Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive Epic Aura implementations, from the initial project phase through to go-live and subsequent optimization efforts.

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project scope and organizational goals.

• Actively identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and facilitate their resolution in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Function as the primary liaison for clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.

• Work in partnership with engineering and integration teams to design, configure, and implement Epic Aura integrations.

• Manage the development and execution of training programs tailored for clinical, operational, and technical users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in HealthCare Informatics, Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, including experience with EMR/EHR integrations, LIS implementations, or technical project management.

• Practical experience with Epic, particularly with Aura and/or Care Everywhere integrations.

• A solid understanding of interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, APIs) and digital health ecosystems.

• Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA, handling of PHI, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Established ability to lead cross-functional implementations in a client-facing setting.
