Implementation Consultant, Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish trust with clients by maintaining consistent engagement throughout all stages of their implementation journey, from sales transition to value realization.

• Foster growth by devising a strategic plan that outlines the customer’s objectives for implementing Fieldguide, along with the necessary activities to achieve those objectives. Conduct regular reviews during the onboarding phase to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

• Develop champions by nurturing customer advocates and enhancing their knowledge of Fieldguide.

• Represent the customer by acting as the liaison between them and Fieldguide’s Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. Stay attuned to customer needs and communicate them internally to influence the product roadmap, internal processes, and future onboarding iterations.

• Reduce risks by proactively identifying potential success obstacles and crafting effective action plans to address them.

• Evaluate and record progress by documenting the value Fieldguide delivers to our clients through detailed case studies, new use cases, and success metrics. Monitor customer advancement against their adoption roadmap, and be able to illustrate customer value realization over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive industry expertise and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial audit or assurance is essential.

• Practical experience of at least 1+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or related fields at a top management consulting firm (preferred) or a high-growth startup. Strong consulting abilities that enable complex organizations to thrive, with a proven track record of delivering business value for clients as their trusted advisor.

• You are a collaborative team member who prioritizes the mission. You will be joining a diligent team that has a strong foundation of trust. We will not compromise on this.

• Proficient in project management with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple customers, projects, and requests with minimal direct supervision. You can effectively problem-solve while managing several clients.

• Possess executive presence and the ability to drive change. Have a proven history of effective communication with clients and across internal teams.

• Action-oriented with a tendency to take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring completion with minimal guidance or oversight.
