Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for Mid-Market clients.

• Ensure that our clientele improves the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations utilizing our IoT platform.

• Monitor progress of implementations, participation rates, product adoption, and overall account health.

• Develop launch plans and a strategic roadmap to enhance product utilization.

• Gain a thorough understanding of the Samsara platform's features and effectively communicate them to various customer segments.

• Conduct training sessions, showcase Samsara's technology, and address challenges faced by both executives and daily users across diverse use cases.

• Advocate for, exemplify, and integrate Samsara’s cultural values as we expand globally and open new offices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting position; experience in Mid-Market SaaS is preferred.

• Strong ability to manage priorities and high emotional intelligence.

• Experience in supporting or collaborating with technical products.

• Exceptional consultative skills with experience in comprehensive system implementations.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders, including executives, Product and Engineering leaders, and everyday users of our software.

• Possess diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure when addressing customer concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized four-year institution.
