Implementation Analyst, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Efficiently manage client communications and set clear expectations.

• Serve as a subject matter expert to gather complete and precise business requirements from clients.

• Collaborate as both a team player and a leader to effectively coordinate among functional teams.

• Work with Product Management to align product vision with customer feedback to recommend and deliver top-tier solutions.

• Create documentation that accurately represents client needs and is clearly articulated for Development and QA teams (including business requirements, user stories, wireframes, functional specifications, test plans, etc.).

• Develop user guides that are straightforward and easy for clients and end-users to follow.

• Share expertise and conduct training sessions for team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field).

• 7-10 years of experience in software development projects, including client-facing roles.

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, etc.).

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

• Preferred experience in the specialty pharmacy industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to share innovative and creative ideas.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Skills in continuous process improvement.
