This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• With moderate supervision, oversee the onboarding process for legal plan and identity theft protection benefit programs chosen by large customers and employers.
• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and the high-quality execution of all tasks throughout the onboarding process.
• Communicate effectively, collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, adhere to deadlines, manage time efficiently, and maintain independence while handling projects and responsibilities.
• Create implementation schedules and timelines.
• Prepare presentations for meetings and document deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports using detailed project planning tools.
• Collaborate with customers to design and implement an employee communication strategy.
• Ensure accurate and appropriate system and contractual setups.
• Participate in sales presentations when required.
• Review enrollment, payment history, and billing invoices to assist LegalShield groups, Associates, and group members.
• Address inquiries received via phone, fax, email, or mail.
• Review various reports to verify that group accounts are current.
• A college degree or significant knowledge of LegalShield is preferred.
• 0-1+ years of previous experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and the industry.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple deadlines, with a detail-oriented and analytical approach to daily tasks and relationship building while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for service and the ability to excel in a results-driven environment.
• Must be able to work under pressure and quickly adapt to changes.

• Availability to work on critical business days as necessary, which may include some evenings and weekends to ensure all business processes are completed.
• May require occasional travel by airplane or car for day or overnight trips, up to 5% of the time.
