📋 Description

• We are in the process of developing and scaling impactful, real-world implementations of ElevenLabs across sectors such as healthcare, education, and culture.

• You will transform high-potential partnerships into live, scalable initiatives.

• You will oversee the complete lifecycle from sourcing and evaluation to deployment, adoption, and long-term success.

• As a member of the Impact team, you will collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and go-to-market teams to ensure that these partnerships yield tangible outcomes and establish repeatable systems.

• This position is highly autonomous and execution-focused.

• We are seeking an individual who is profoundly motivated to leverage AI for meaningful challenges, possessing both strong partnership instincts and operational discipline.

• You should be adept at identifying opportunities, acting swiftly, and constructing the systems necessary to scale impact on a global level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in scaling partnerships, deployments, or strategic programs within a technology organization.

• Strong operational skills: capable of taking ambiguous initiatives and guiding them to tangible outcomes.

• Proven capability to collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, engineering, and external stakeholders.

• Systems thinker: creates processes that render programs repeatable and scalable.

• AI-native: utilizes AI tools to accelerate progress and enhance workflows.

• Deeply motivated to apply AI to significant real-world challenges in fields such as healthcare, education, or accessibility.

• Bonus:

• Experience with nonprofits, educational institutions, or healthcare systems.

• Background in emerging markets or international settings.
