This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Overseeing various facets of the medical file review process
• Evaluating the finalized referral to ensure all client inquiries have been appropriately addressed
• Assessing the completed report for precision
• Confirming compliance with client and departmental standards
• Performing quality audits on reports and medical records
• Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, reviewers, and the Operations team
• Engaging confidently with physicians and clients regarding peer reviews
• Regularly updating clients on the status of referrals
• An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Previous business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Familiarity with technology-driven processes within a business environment
• Outstanding communication skills with a solid understanding of the company's business lines
• Capability to apply critical thinking, manage time effectively, and adhere to specific deadlines
• Proficiency in computer usage and typing skills are essential
