Identity Security & Governance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Execute and manage the tasks related to the creation, modification, and deletion of access and credentials for employees, ensuring continuous adherence to the principle of least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD).

• Integrate applications and identities into centralized authentication platforms (SSO, MFA), supporting operational management in cloud environments (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, GCP IAM, JumpCloud) and on-premises infrastructures.

• Plan and carry out periodic access recertification campaigns with process owners, while also promptly and proactively addressing incidents and requests from internal clients regarding permissions and lockouts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical or professional training in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Systems, or a related field (or final-year students).

• 1 to 3 years of work experience in access management, helpdesk, end-user technical support, or cybersecurity.

• Essential practical technical knowledge in: Cloud IAM and identity providers (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, GCP IAM, JumpCloud, Okta, or on-premise Active Directory).

• Proficiency in identity models (RBAC, least privilege, SoD) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for analyzing permission matrices and data cross-referencing.

• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer/user service orientation, along with a high level of proactivity and willingness to learn.
