This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the Saviynt IGA platform.
• Manage Saviynt configuration, customization, and enterprise integrations.
• Ensure the platform's scalability, performance, reliability, and security alignment.
• Assist with upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Offer technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the IAM team.
• Work closely with IT and security leadership to prioritize tasks and deliver solutions.
• Design and maintain workflows for provisioning, de-provisioning, and access review.
• Implement RBAC and ABAC models.
• Develop Saviynt connectors and integrations for both on-premises and cloud applications.
• Automate identity processes utilizing APIs, scripts, and Saviynt.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct access certifications and audits.
• Implement controls for privileged access management.
• Troubleshoot Saviynt-related issues and perform root cause analyses.
• Suggest enhancements to bolster security posture and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on Saviynt capabilities, roadmap changes, and IAM trends.
• Extensive hands-on experience with the Saviynt IGA platform, including configuration, workflows, and connectors.
• Strong grasp of identity and access management principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Familiarity with APIs, REST, PowerShell, and Python.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.
• Minimum of 5 years in IAM engineering roles.
• At least 2 years specifically focused on Saviynt.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional documentation, written, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments concurrently.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• No work visa sponsorship is available at this time.
• Saviynt certification is preferred.
• Scripting or programming experience in PowerShell, SQL, Python, and JSON is preferred.
• Familiarity with REST protocols is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAML2 and OAuth2 SSO standards is preferred.
• Ability to sit, stand, or type for extended periods.
• Good manual dexterity and coordination are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and exchange accurate information.
• Capacity to observe documents and details at close range.
• Capability to operate a computer and office productivity machinery.
