This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the design, implementation, and management of secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Plays a vital role in safeguarding organizational assets by ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and identity governance that aligns with compliance and security standards.
• Supports secure enterprise environments that encompass cloud and on-premises systems, necessitating close collaboration among cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application development teams.
• This position is contingent upon the award of a contract, anticipated within the next 30-60 days.
• Extensive understanding of IAM principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience in implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation within hybrid environments.
• Strong familiarity with DoD IL2, IL4, and IL5 compliance frameworks and security controls.
• Proven experience in designing and managing IAM frameworks in cloud environments, specifically AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience in configuring and managing identity governance and administration tools.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing zero-trust security models.
• Practical experience in integrating IAM solutions across enterprise systems such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, and AWS IAM.
• Experience in supporting compliance and security requirements within regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field, or a minimum of five (5) years of equivalent experience in IAM engineering.
• SECRET Security Clearance.
• Preferred Certifications (Not Required): Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
