This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Voice (IP systems), Internet (nbn™/Fibre), Mobile, and Managed IT services.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on our C9X unified communications solution, guiding clients through setup, provisioning, and feature enhancement.
• Manage intricate porting procedures with precision to minimize disruption to client business activities.
• Facilitate remote training sessions to ensure clients feel confident and proficient with their new tools.
• Collaborate closely with our dedicated Account Managers and Tier 1 partners (AAPT, Vocus, Optus, Telstra, etc.) to address high-bandwidth and network connectivity challenges.
• Maintain our internal knowledge base with the most up-to-date fixes and "hero" moves.
• Demonstrated experience in an ICT Support or Help Desk position (Telco experience is a significant advantage).
• Knowledge of Australian telecommunications networks and service providers.
• Solid understanding of Windows/Mac environments, Microsoft 365, and Cloud Services.
• Availability to work during Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT).
