ICT Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Independently manage standard orders for our services within the Cisco System Integration and Professional Services sector.

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders on intricate offers and orders.

• Develop tailored proposals and contracts for customers.

• Design network solutions in our systems and guarantee their effective execution.

• Coordinate activities with customers, suppliers, and internal departments (such as Sales, Billing, and Project Management).

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with ICT products (Cisco Enterprise Networking knowledge is a plus).

• Background in the IT channel and system integration.

• Proficient in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

• Solid understanding of SAP.

• A business or technical degree (FH/Apprenticeship) and a desire for ongoing professional growth.

• Resilient, dependable, customer-focused, communicative, and capable of thinking in networks.

• Skilled in designing, challenging, and optimizing processes.

• Excellent proficiency in both French and English.
