This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identifying client requirements and exploring business development opportunities.
• Developing business plans and gathering market insights.
• Providing guidance on go-to-market strategies and initiatives for revenue growth.
• Assisting in the execution of business strategies and branding activities.
• Engaging in relevant industry events and forums.
• Collaborating with company associates as necessary to ensure coherence.
• Analyzing competitor activities and offering strategic alternatives.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development focused on IT solution sales in the manufacturing, financial, government, or ISP sectors.
• A technical background in IT, with knowledge of storage systems, networks, cloud technologies, and typical applications in an enterprise setting.
• Proven experience engaging with customers, including senior managers, IT and procurement teams, as well as project groups.
• Experience collaborating with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a demonstrated history of successfully securing new business.
• Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
• Must be authorized to work within the EU.
