This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, enhance, and optimize back-end solutions for the SIS platform.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and performance.

• Engage in programming tasks, including object-oriented programming (OOP) and database development.

• Identify and resolve software issues to guarantee reliability and user satisfaction.

• Develop and uphold code utilizing WebSmart and various IBMi-based tools.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented code.

• Participate in continuous software upgrades and the development of new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.

• Expertise in back-end web development and object-oriented programming (OOP).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Demonstrated experience with the IBMi platform and WebSmart development tools (MUST).

• Proficiency in PHP programming (REQUIRED).

• Familiarity with DB2 SQL (REQUIRED).

• Experience with RPG programming is an advantage.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**

• **Internet Connection:**

• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.

• Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**.

• Backup connection must support work during a power outage.

• **Primary Device:**

• Desktop or laptop must have at least:
