IAM Security Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee user identities, roles, and access permissions across IAM platforms and Active Directory.

• Manage ServiceNow tickets associated with IAM access requests, incidents, and modifications.

• Provision, adjust, and revoke access in IAM tools, systems, and local servers.

• Offer administrative assistance including account unlocks, password resets, and remote access provisioning.

• Serve as the final level of support for ATA-operated IAM solutions.

• Collaborate closely with IAM operations teams, stakeholders, and customers.

• Compile and present weekly and monthly IAM service status reports.

• Aid internal and external audits by supplying evidence and representing the IAM administration team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Identity and Access Management concepts, tools, and lifecycle processes.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and access governance principles.

• Experience with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to operate effectively within an international, enterprise-level IT environment.

• Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a security-oriented mindset.

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management, ideally within IAM operations or security engineering teams.

• At least 2 years of experience in large, internationally operated IT environments is anticipated.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
