This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct basic to intermediate security evaluations and pinpoint significant gaps in security architecture.
• Create security risk management strategies.
• Identify, evaluate, document, and explain emerging or intricate data security and privacy risks.
• Suggest innovative countermeasures and controls for data security and privacy challenges.
• Oversee and manage customer service processes from start to finish.
• Collaborate with senior leaders of Global Shared Services teams to ensure consistent service levels.
• Provide guidance to data owners, custodians, and senior management on security best practices and policies.
• Evaluate threats and vulnerabilities in computer systems and formulate security risk profiles.
• Lead the collection of evidence for security compliance reviews, assessments, and cybersecurity incidents.
• Document and address high-risk security violations and incidents.
• Conduct assessments of third-party data security, project security, business risks, and security testing.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments while managing vendor and contractor relationships.
• Engage in audits of cyber programs and projects.
• Monitor audit findings and recommendations to ensure necessary mitigation actions are implemented.
• Determine security requirements for IT systems throughout their life cycles.
• Validate data collected for security reporting purposes.
• Articulate the importance of IT security across the organization.
• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in IT Security or Information Security Risk consulting, or equivalent knowledge/expertise in the field.
• Familiarity with SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, or SCIM.
• Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Auth0, or Ping Identity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CIPP, or a similar certification preferred at the time of hire.
