IAM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute IAM solutions that are in line with the security objectives and business goals of the organization.

• Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) policies.

• Implement and manage secure authentication methods, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO).

• Secure directory services such as Entra ID to facilitate seamless identity integration.

• Design and oversee privileged access solutions to protect sensitive accounts.

• Utilize automation tools to enhance IAM processes.

• Ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory standards and industry guidelines.

• Assist in addressing IAM-related security incidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM engineering.

• Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• Proficiency in IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, ConductorOne, and CyberArk.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with security best practices, threat prevention, and the role of IAM in organizational security frameworks.
