IAM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the pivotal technical link between security protocols and their operational execution.

• Guarantee that intricate business logic and access frameworks are accurately transformed into reliable configurations.

• Analyze existing technical guidelines and set up smooth directory synchronization, authentication, and access management throughout enterprise ecosystems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of substantial, hands-on experience in engineering and managing enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms.

• Proven capability to navigate complex environments, quickly interpret existing technical guidelines, and implement robust configurations into production with minimal operational support.

• In-depth engineering experience in natively configuring Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) ecosystems.

• Complete fluency in enterprise directory synchronization mechanics, directory protocols, identity federation, MFA, and contemporary conditional access architectures.

• Experience in participating in technical engineering discussions and translating business logic into design recommendations.

• Proficient in writing infrastructure scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to call identity APIs and automate lifecycle management processes.

• Possesses current, advanced certifications such as Okta Certified Consultant/Administrator or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300).
