• Execute user lifecycle management tasks, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications, and account upkeep.
• Manage access across various enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, Okta, SailPoint, Exchange, and additional in-house or third-party applications.
• Assist in access governance processes, which encompass access reviews, audit evidence collection, segregation of duties, and compliance activities.
• Oversee and resolve issues related to authentication and remote access solutions, including MFA/2FA technologies like Duo or RSA.
• Collaborate closely with Information Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Business teams to support IAM-related initiatives and operational requests.
• Ensure that all access requests and modifications adhere to established policies, procedures, approval workflows, and security standards.
• Aid in onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and privileged access management procedures.
• Contribute to process enhancements, automation prospects, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and maintain documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge resources.
• Provide timely updates, reporting, and metrics associated with IAM operations and service delivery.
• Engage in incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis activities connected to identity and access concerns.
• Support projects related to cloud identity, federation, application integrations, and IAM modernization efforts.
• 4-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Information Security, or Infrastructure Support roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, Okta, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or comparable IAM platforms.
• Experience managing access within Windows environments, Exchange administration, NTFS permissions, and distributed file systems.
• Knowledge of access governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), audit requirements, and compliance frameworks such as SOX or SSAE16.
• Experience with MFA/2FA technologies such as Duo, RSA, or other similar remote access solutions.
• Proficient in ServiceNow, Jira, or other ticketing/workflow management systems.
• Basic understanding of networking, cloud technologies, and authentication protocols.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux command-line operations is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating within global teams.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field is preferred.
