IA Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and implement solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG, and agents.

• Develop and integrate solutions with LangChain and existing APIs.

• Construct end-to-end workflows: ingestion → orchestration → serving → monitoring.

• Optimize prompts, evaluations (offline/online), and guardrails.

• Collaborate with Product, Data, QA, and DevOps teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in software development (flexible).

• Strong proficiency in Python (Node.js is a plus).

• Experience in API integration.

• Knowledge of best practices (testing, CI/CD).

• Hands-on experience with LangChain (mandatory).

• Practical experience with LLMs / RAG (real projects or advanced pilots).
