HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the upkeep of cooling systems, which includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing or replacing components of complete systems.

• Carrying out performance evaluations and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.

• Executing further maintenance or enhancements on HVAC equipment that is out of season.

• Promptly responding to service requests, including emergency call-out services.

• Ensuring timely and precise completion of daily work reports.

• Safely and legally operating and maintaining a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance stipulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (experience in commercial settings is preferred).

• Preferably possess a basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and via email.
