HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Overseeing cooling systems by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting problems, repairing, or installing and replacing system components.

• Executing performance evaluations and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.

• Carrying out supplementary maintenance or enhancements to out-of-season HVAC systems.

• Promptly responding to service requests, including urgent call-out services.

• Ensuring the timely and precise completion of daily work documentation.

• Safely and legally operating and maintaining a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required)

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial experience preferred)

• Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred.

• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing via email, are essential.
