This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for providing support within the HVAC service department.
• Coordinate billable on-demand calls for maintenance or repairs.
• Proactively arrange preventative maintenance appointments for plan members.
• Manage all incoming calls related to H&C sales.
• Contact potential clients to organize sales visits.
• Oversee the CIA HVAC Teams chat room.
• Address customer service issues as necessary.
• Confirm all H&C sales and service appointments.
• Efficiently manage escalated customer concerns.
• Follow up promptly on proposed work, quoted services, or requests for return visits.
• Ensure that service crews have the most current customer information.
• Respond to calls, emails, and instant messages in a professional manner.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the customer service industry.
• Experience in the HVAC sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, is preferred.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
• Good time management abilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is required.
