This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Support the strategic initiatives of the Group HR projects.
• Aid in the development of Targeted Selection behavioral interview guides for specific roles.
• Evaluate compensation for selected positions across the Group.
• Assemble and enhance electronic learning pathways related to various onboarding processes.
• Execute daily system audits and generate reports to ensure accuracy.
• Assist HR teams in improving onboarding projects.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition on process enhancements.
• Maintain and analyze daily reporting metrics.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited program pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
