This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage exceptional technical talent across various functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and create innovative sourcing strategies.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process, including interview scheduling and offer negotiations.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by providing a smooth and engaging hiring journey.
• Assess recruiting data and metrics to enhance efficiency and hiring results, while producing monthly reports.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events to attract a diverse pool of talent.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries, offering guidance on policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
• Assist with activities related to the employee experience, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and compliance efforts.
• Keep precise HR records and ensure the integrity of HRIS data.
• Create reports and insights to facilitate data-driven HR decision-making.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to foster employee growth.
• Work alongside the HR team to promote engagement, culture, and projects focused on continuous improvement.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting and HR functions (or equivalent education/experience).
• Previous experience in a software or SaaS technology company.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations, and best practices.
• Demonstrated capability to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret HR and recruiting data.
• Proficient in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and ADP (preferred).
• A self-motivated individual with a keen desire to learn and advance in a dynamic team setting.
