This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Serve as a consultant and mentor to field leaders.
• Create workforce strategies that promote succession readiness and talent mobility.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Monitor workforce metrics and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Convert people initiatives into quantifiable business results.
• Implement engagement initiatives and strategies for employee feedback.
• Facilitate leadership training and succession planning efforts.
• Conduct investigations and offer proactive risk-based advice.
• Guide leaders through performance management and employment-related decisions.
• Collaborate with legal teams on escalated issues.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, provincial, and local regulations.
• Assist in maintaining readiness for audits by the DOL, EEOC, and other regulatory bodies.
• Use dashboards to analyze workforce trends and potential risks.
• Perform compliance reviews with field leaders.
• Track turnover rates, labor utilization, and training compliance.
• Formulate action plans to mitigate organizational risks.
• Align workforce strategies with key operational priorities.
• Utilize analytics and KPIs to enhance outcomes.
• Promote HR Business Partner (HRBP) operational rhythms and collaboration cadences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• Preferred HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP).
• Over 5 years of progressive HR experience, including multi-unit support.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law.
• Proficiency in interpreting workforce analytics.
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned regions (up to 50-60%).
• Strategic expertise in HR.
• Skills in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Oversight of compliance and risk identification.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in workforce planning and succession strategies.
