This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Act as a proactive and strategic HR/People partner to leaders in field operations.
β’ Ensure alignment between human capital strategies and business requirements.
β’ Serve as a bridge between field operations and subject matter experts.
β’ Provide guidance to leadership on performance management practices.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional subject matter experts.
β’ Oversee workforce planning initiatives and associated processes.
β’ Operate as a compensation consultant, coaching leaders effectively.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably within a dynamic multi-site organization.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) is preferred.
β’ Solid understanding of HR programs, including compensation, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition/development.
β’ Experience in providing HR consultation to leadership on strategic initiatives.
β’ Ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organization, utilizing a data-driven approach to address business challenges.
β’ Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve broader HR vision and network goals.
β’ Familiarity with employment law as it pertains to policy and process administration.
