Human Data Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee scoped engagements through staffing, production, quality control, and delivery. Take ownership of timelines, throughput, and the final package across multiple concurrent projects.

• Assemble project teams from the expert pool, provide briefings and calibrations for contributors, manage their output and utilization, and ensure production progresses without compromising quality.

• Implement the quality control framework for every deliverable — including calibration layers, severity-weighted rubrics, deterministic verifiers, and evidence maps — ensuring each package withstands buyer-side scrutiny prior to shipment.

• Monitor output per contributor per week, identify bottlenecks early, and safeguard margins by managing expert hours in accordance with project scope.

• Keep the Strategic Project Lead and the Human Data Evaluations Lead updated on status, risks, and deliverables; escalate any issues that may lead to delivery misses before they arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in program or delivery management, technical project management, or data operations, preferably within AI/ML data, evaluation, or annotation.

• Proficient in understanding how frontier models are evaluated — including rubrics, pass rates, and the criteria that distinguish a model's performance — sufficient to conduct quality control, even if you are not the author of the evaluation criteria.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
