HubSpot Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the company’s HubSpot CRM ecosystem.

• Develop, sustain, and refine workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

• Evaluate current business processes and pinpoint areas for operational enhancements.

• Convert business requirements into efficient HubSpot configurations and scalable solutions.

• Maintain the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of CRM data and reporting.

• Facilitate pipeline visibility, track sales processes, and manage operational reporting.

• Work in tandem with internal teams to boost CRM adoption and streamline process efficiency.

• Record workflows, system modifications, and operational best practices.

• Assist with CRM data clean-up, process mapping, and ongoing optimization efforts.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with HubSpot, covering workflows, automations, dashboards, reporting, and CRM management.

• Comprehensive understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and methodologies for process improvement.

• Prior experience in supporting sales teams, managing pipelines, or overseeing revenue operations.

• Capability to translate business needs into actionable CRM solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Self-driven and adept at working independently in a remote setting.

• Access to reliable hardware, a stable internet connection, and a power backup system.

• Must be fully available to work during UK business hours (GMT/BST).
